The 4-Part Prompt Formula

4. Format — Specify the output: "Return each email with a subject line and body, under 150 words each."

Good prompt:

Bad prompt:

Good prompt:

Bad prompt:
"Describe my product."
Good prompt:

Bad prompt:

Include: steps from signed contract to first deliverable, who is responsible for each step, what tools to use, and a checklist at the end. My business is [describe]. Format as a numbered list with sub-bullets."
